Properties with rental purposes

With a solid portfolio of chalets and apartments managed by White Management, our real estate experts know very well their job and are willing to help you optimize your property. As part as our activity, we take on the management of top of the line chalets and apartments, to which we add hotel services.

In order to be eligible for a VAT recovery on the construction or the buying of a property with rental purposes, you have to provide some mandatory services (check-in and check-out, breakfast, laundry, cleaning) and prove that they are actually accurate. A contract with White Management is proof of the truth of this information.

A reassuring presence

From December to April and during the summer season, our team welcomes your guests and is available for them during their whole stay. And once these seasons are over, we do:

• Handle the closure of the property: maintenance of the bedding material which is brought to the laundry; closure of heating and electricity; maintenance of dryer, washing machine, dishes; checking of all the installation and of the extinguishers.
• Take care of the grass, flowers and gardens
• Manage the technical aspects such as plumbing, new technologies and home automation.
• Maintain the spas: Anthony Guérin has a special training for this
• Follow the works mandated by the owner : set up the schedule for all the entrepreneurs (plumbers, electricians, floor tillers), check that everything runs as planned and report the progresses to the owner monthly or even weekly.

All alarm triggers (fire, burglary) are connected to Anthony Guérin’s phone: an extra tranquillity for you !
